Prior to assessing your company, the market fit, or valuations, our primary interest is understanding you as an individual. We seek founders who exemplify genuine kindness as a cornerstone of their character.

We are captivated by daring ideas that challenge societal norms. The more improbable the idea seems, the more disruptive it may become.

We make around one to three (1-3) pre-seed or seed investments per year. It is very important for us to remain focused and committed to our founders.

We typically invest between $25k and $250k.

We are a long-term, committed partner. We usually like to invest in follow-on rounds as well.

Unlike other funds, our investment process only requires one Partner to invest so we can move swiftly.

We operate similar to a DAO and we do not have Limited Partners. We are all Partners within the company and we are able to individually decide on investment amounts and where our money is allocated towards.

We will leverage our entire team and network to assist whenever we humanly can.

We can make recommendations on key HR management starting with direct searches within our network, to crucial tech and executive hiring.

We also advise and provide companies with media contacts, branding strategies and provide preferential pricing on many of our partnerships within our network including Google, Stripe, Notion, and many more.

No. Referral reward is exclusively applicable when a scout refers a deal for our potential investment, with the condition that the scout holds no vested interest in that particular deal.
